Special Education Teacher
Our mission is to provide “A well-rounded education for students to confidently navigate the world.” At Dutton/Brady Public Schools, our vision is mastery today…success tomorrow. We’re looking for an individual who wants to join our team! An opportunity to fill a special education position that gives applicants an outstanding work/life balance and supportive staff to help students prepare for postsecondary life. Qualified applicants must be endorsed in special education, or they must have the ability to obtain it within two years.
Salary: Starting $33,000 w/BA, $40,000 w/MA. Experience from previous districts is not limited. The district pays $862/month for health insurance, five personal days, and five teacher training remote days. The district offers affordable daycare.
Activity stipends are available for individuals interested in coaching and/or advising positions during the school year.
The district offers the cheapest daycare around, at 50% off the rate for certified staff. Children ages 0-2 are $270/month, and children over two are $225/month, with the discount capping out at $650/month for each employee's family.
